Incentive Lynx Security Ltd is the new name of Lynx Security Services Ltd, which has traded since 1983.

Lynx was acquired by Incentive FM Group in February 2012 following an association between the two organisations and the strong belief in the synergies, culture and values that existed between the two companies. Craig Pickard, as Managing Director, continues to lead the team in all respects and is now supported not only by his old colleagues, but by a robust support structure covering sales, marketing, PR, finance, administration and compliance. Craig has also become a shareholder in Incentive FM Group, which continues to be independent and wholly owned by its working senior managers and directors.

Incentive Lynx Security Ltd has annual sales of £12 million and the parent organisation now has a total revenue stream of just over £40 million per annum and 1,350 staff across all disciplines.

The high profile and high quality Lynx security service is very complimentary to Incentive FM Group’s contract cleaning, consultancy and facilities management offers. Our clients have the benefit of dealing with the experts in the service areas that they choose from us - and there is no need to extend or change this range unless there is an agreed client operational or financial benefit.
